Every single day from work, I always needed to prepare dinner for my family. But I need something to cook that doesn't take an hour to prepare, and is also healthy. This recipe and instruction totally gave me the rescue in making the dinner for tonight since, I'll be out late due to the company meeting.

Though I am not into cooking that much, looking at this recipe made me realize that this recipe is worth the time. Aside from the catchy name of the recipe, Tex Mex Sweet Potato Hash's ingredients seem affordable. You don't need to exert so much effort just to find the needed ingredients. Thank you for posting the instruction on how to make it. If ever I'll be having a free time, it's a sure thing that I will make this!
