This book is an easy read and gives you a lot of information about health and nutrition.  Both informative and inspirational, I found it fill in some of the gaps that I had in regards to what I thought was healthy but really isn't.  It gives step by step instructions with shopping list, recipes, and resources to be successful.  The 10 day detox helps you to figure out the root problems of many health issues that you may be facing.  I have not started the detox yet, but I will make sure to write about my journey in my blog.
 
 
I loved this book because it really talks about how small changes can impact your life so easily.  Its approach to "cause and effect" and really letting go of "instant gratification" is amazing.  A simple and great read.
